SOURDOUGH BREAD MENU

We offer a variety of Sourdough Bread for all occasions! All of our breads are served fresh from our ovens to you. Our ingredients are very simple; organic flour, salt, filtered water and time. We use a double fermentation process including a cold overnight fermentation for tastier bread. We grow our own starter from scratch. During our harvest, we infuse fresh herbs and roasted garlic and other goodies from our gardens into our breads. We are true "Bread Heads."

Classic Country Sourdough

Rustic White Loaf with a crispy crust and soft, chewy interior, perfect for sandwiches. It is made with organic white four, salt and water.
