Process

Our ingredients are very simple; organic flour, salt, filtered water and time. We use a double fermentation process including a cold overnight fermentation for tastier bread. We grow our own starter from scratch. During our harvest, we infuse fresh herbs and roasted garlic and other goodies from our gardens into our breads. We are true "Bread Heads."
